Helena is a U.S.-born singer exploring Celtic and American traditions and their resonance in Australia. Shaped by family, church and place, she shares old and new songs carried across oceans, generations and communities. She strongly believes singing is a fundamental human expression and takes great joy in the solo sean-nós style as well as collaborative and harmonic ‘together’ singing.
